Knowing your Limits

Every person on this Earth is termed in two major and broad categories: good and bad. Be it a politician, businessman or the common man. Obviously with it, like every other term or category follows a plethora of characteristics as the bad person being someone who is immoral, doesn’t follow the rules and regulations and such. The good boy is of course who is pure and honest in terms of the society.

I say that this discrimination is wrong! Completely. The only thing separating a good boy from the bad and vice versa is about their knowledge of limits.

Limits is very important be it in Math or in real life. Knowing your own limits can solve so many social problems that dog our society today. The strong and sensitive issues especially the cases of rape can be reduced in the society. And all it takes is to get a person know his/her limits and make him/her adhere to it.

Let’s face the bare truth. No one in this world is flawless. Everyone is normal and has normal thoughts. The reason why that pretty girl likes that boy instead of you is because of the way you approach her. The reason why that person is the teacher’s pet is because he knows how to behave. It all spirals down to knowing and nothing else.

Let’s take an example. Each and every person thinks of sex. It is a fact that everyone has to accept sooner or later. It just matters in how much proportion a person thinks about it. Larger and copious amounts of such thoughts lead to pornography which in return leads to wrong approach towards women and a lonely life. On the other hand, the ‘good’ guy will obviously have sex on his mind but it will be under a check by himself. This paves the way for a stable and healthy relationship.

In schools, teacher’s pets are always hated. This is true for any country and all age groups. Teacher’s favourites are usually termed as nerds, geeks or a person who cannot keep a secret and is ostracized from the ‘normal’ group. Now, the situation is such. The ‘pet’ knows his limits about when he/she should have fun or when he/she should be serious. Otherwise, he/she is normal just like everyone of us.

The education about limits and knowing them should be from the beginning from the age where sex education begins. This is because one can teach about limits more strongly than in the later ages since that particular age group is the most impressionable.

The conclusion is simple,
“Be sure and be strong and you shall never be wrong. Limit to your surroundings and you shall be set free“

Cheerio.
